Will Call - "You pick the item up at one of our Shipping Terminals"
This is the easiest and most cost effective method of shipping. Through our relationship with various shipping companies, there is a wide range of terminals all across the United States available to you. Chances are that there is a terminal just a short drive from you. You will be notified when your shipment arrives at the terminal.

Free Shipping, is available with the "Will Call" shipping option only and will be noted within the item description. Commercial address and Residential delivery incur an extra charge.

Commercial Deliveries
If you have a commercial delivery address, we can deliver your purchase there for a fee usually a little more than the "Will Call" fee. Commercial Deliveries are only available for Commercial Locations with loading docks. Our shipping companies will not unload your product for you.

Residential Delivery with Liftgate
Residential liftgate delivery is where the product is delivered to your driveway. Our shipping companies will deliver the product only to your driveway, curbside. They will not carry the item into your house.

Upon Delivery
You should carefully inspect your item for any damage. Although it is rare, there are instances when damage does occur in shipping. If it is damaged refuse it. We implore you to contact us immediately when major shipping damage is detected on any item that you purchase from us. Inspect the box before signing it into your possession. The last thing we want is for you to take delivery of a damaged item.
